COMMISSION REGARDING AN UNSAFE STRUCTURE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Building and Standards Commission of the City of Glenn Heights, Texas, held a public hearing regarding structures located on the property owned by Freedom Church with Alex Blake as the Lead Pastor, addressed as 128 E. Bear Creek Road, Glenn Heights, Texas 75040 and legally described as: ML SWING Abstract 1455 PG 205, TR 4 ACS 0.5000 with Property ID: 65145520510040001.

The Building and Standards Commission determined that the structures at 128 E. Bear Creek Road, Glenn Heights, Texas, are unsafe, substandard, dangerous, and constitute a public nuisance.
Additionally, the Commission ordered that the newly constructed residential structures remain vacant until brought into compliance with all applicable codes, pass all required inspections, and receive City approval for occupancy.
The Commission further established that the property and all structures be brought into full compliance within ninety (90) days.
