BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

City of Wilmer, Texas

 

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Board of Adjustment for the City of Wilmer, Texas, will hold a public hearing to consider a request for a special exception to Section 20 of the Schedule of District Regulations listed within Chapter 14A, Zoning Ordinance of the City of Wilmer. The request involves the construction of a data center that exceeds the maximum allowable height of 50 feet by 25 feet, within a Light Industrial (I1) zoned area located at the northeast corner of Mason Road and Lavender Road, Wilmer, Texas, 75172, Dallas County, and being further described as:
