PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

City of Wilmer, Texas

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Wilmer, Texas, will conduct a public hearing to consider a request of Celeste Madrigal, applicant/owner, for a variance to Section 3.04.009(8) of the Sign Ordinance, to allow the construction of a 30-foot-tall-double-sieded LED pole sign on a property located at 3700 North I-45, Wilmer, Texas, 75173, and located along east Interstate 45 frontage road and between Fulghum Road and Pleasant Run Road. (Case V-25-01).

The purpose of this request is to allow the construction of a 30-foot-tall-double-sided LED pole sign.

The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this variance request will be held before the Wilmer Board of Adjustment on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.
