You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Plaintiffs Petition for Judicial Modification of Trust at or before ten o'clock A.M. of the first Monday after the expiration of forty-two days from the date of the issuance of this citation, before the Honorable Judge Jim Chapman, COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 1, ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS, at 109 S. JACKSON STREET, 3RD FLOOR, in WAXAHACHIE, TEXAS.
Said Plaintiffs Petition for Judicial Modification of Trust Was filed in said Court, on the 17th day of January, 2025 in this cause, numbered 25-C-3029 on the docket of said court, and styled:

A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to wit: By publication of the Citation is some newspaper published in the County of Ellis, for one issue, prior to the return day hereof ROBERT M. JONES, is cited to be and appear before the County Court at Law No. 1, located at 109 S. Jackson Street, 3rd Floor, Waxahachie, Texas 75165, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, June 30, 2025, to answer the Petition for Judicial Modification of Trust filed by Terrie L. Bayless, Power of Attorney for Delano R. Hofmann v. Delano R. Hofmann, Beneficiary of the Delano R. Hofmann Trust, Cause No. 25-C-3029, and alleging in substance as follows: Plaintiff alleges that the Trustee and the Joint-Successor Trustee of the Delano R. Hofmann Trust have all died, and Plaintiff’s requesting the Court to appoint Defendant, Delano Hofmann and/or Plaintiff as the Successor Trustee of the Delano R. Hofmann Trust.
If this citation is not served within ninety days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved.
The officer executing this process shall promptly execute the same according to law, and make due return as the law directs.
