IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF LYNDA LOUISE WILSON, DECEASED

TO: SUZANNE KAY HAGAN, WHOSE WHEREABOUTS ARE UNKNOWN

DEBRA JEAN DAVIS, in the above numbered and entitled estate, filed on FEBRUARY 26, 2020 an SECOND AMENDED APPLICATION TO PROBATE COPY OF WILL AND FOR ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY in the estate of LYNDA LOUISE WILSON, Deceased, requesting that the Court to probate and appoint DEBRA JEAN DAVIS to serve as the Independent Executor of said estate and grant Letters of Testamentary to same. 

The Court may act on said Application and any opposition at any call of the docket on or after 10 o’clock A.M. on the first Monday next after the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the ELLIS COUNTY COURTS BUILDING, COUNTY COURT AT LAW #1, 109 S JACKSON STREET, WAXAHACHIE, TEXAS 75165 in ELLIS County, Texas. 

You are hereby cited to appear before this Honorable Court by filing a written contest or answer to the SECOND AMENDED APPLICATION TO PROBATE COPY OF WILL AND FOR ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TEST AMENT ARY before the above stated time and date should you desire to do so. To ensure its consideration, you or your attorney must file any contest, objection, intervention, or response in writing with the County Clerk of Ellis County, Texas, on or before the above noted date and time.
