Notice is hereby given that letters testamentary for the estate of James S. Tachias, Decedent, were issued on January 6, 2019 in Case No. 19-E-2309 pending in the Ellis County Court, Ellis County, Texas to Frances Katherine Tachias, Independent Executor.
