Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of HENRY KIRBY PAYNE, JR., Deceased, were issued on March 26, 2024, in Cause No. 24-E-2040, pending in the County Court at Law No. 1 of Ellis County, Texas, to AMY WHITESELL.
