Notice to Creditors for the Estate of Robert W. Austin, Jr., Deceased
Notice is hereby given that Letters of Temporary Dependent Administration With Bond for the Estate of Robert W Austin, Jr., Deceased, were granted to the undersigned on the 24th day of August, 2022, by the Ellis County Court at Law No. 1 of Ellis County, Texas.
All persons having claims against said estate are hereby required to present the same to Heather Kraft, who is the Temporary Dependent Administrator of the Estate of Robert Wayne Austin, Deceased, in Cause No. 21-E-2359, within the time prescribed by law.
