WHERE AS ROBERTS, KARL ALAN, petitioner, filed a Temporary Restraining Order in the 378TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT of Ellis County, TX, on MARCH 6, 2019 in suit numbered 811080, on the Docket of said Court, wherein ROBERTS, KARL ALAN is/are· 

Petitioner(s) and STEWART, REBECCA R. is Respondent(s), and said petition and application were verified by affidavit, and set forth, I under oath, as basic reasons for issuance of this writ, the following specific allegations, to-wit: See Attached ORDER ON SECOND MOTION TO EXTEND TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER for full particulars. 

NOW, THEREFORE, you the said STEWART, REBECCA R, are hereby restrained and you will refrain from committing any of the acts as -I set out in copy of the Petitioner’s Temporary Restraining Order attached hereto and made a part hereof and you are commanded to be, and appear MARCH 20, 2019 AT 1:30 P.M. before the Honorable 378THJUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT of Ellis County, TX in the City of Waxahachie, Texas when and where you will appear to show cause why injunction would not be granted upon such petition effective until final decree in such suit. 

The officer executing this writ shall promptly execute the same according to law and the mandates hereof, and make his return within the time and in the manner provided for by law.
