The Plaintiff seeks to perfect title regarding certain property, to wit:
All of that tract and parcel of land consisting of 5.52 acres, more or less, and being described as Tract 1 of the Highland East Edition, in addition to the City of Waxahachie, Texas and Tracts/Lot 5 and Lot 6 in the Hillview Edition, in addition to the City of Waxahachie, Texas and being mor commonly identified as 1400 East Jefferson Street, Waxahachie, Texas 75165 (ECAD Property ID#: 193558).
