The City of Glenn Heights is accepting proposals for Employee Dental, Life/AD&D, Voluntary Vision, Voluntary Life/AD&D, Voluntary Disability, Voluntary Hospital Indemnity and Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance Coverage.
Copies of the proposal documents are available at publicpurchase.com in Glenn Heights, Texas.
Sealed proposals will be accepted until Wednesday July 9, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. and proposals will be opened separately and read aloud at 2:00 P.M. Employee Benefits at 1938 - C S. Hampton Rd. Glenn Heights, Texas.
Proposals should be sealed, labeled, and addressed and delivered to:

The City of Glenn Heights reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive all informalities in the proposals. Late proposals will not be accepted, and will be returned unopened.
Requested proposals are for insurance products only, not agents or brokers.
Proposals may be held by the City of Glenn Heights for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the proposal opening for the purpose of reviewing the proposals and investigating the bidder’s qualifications prior to the contract award.
