This is an In Rem action relating to a secured interest encumbering real property commonly known as 230 Chapel Hill Ln, Waxahachie, TX 75165, and with the legal description of LOT 37, BLOCK A, OF CHAPEL HILL ESTATES, AN ADDITION IN ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CABINET B, SLIDE 457, PLAT RECORDS OF ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS. The
Petition alleges that the record owner of the property, Galen R. Bush, is deceased and that some of the Heirs, Assigns, and Devisees are Unknown.
