LOCAL STUDENT UPDATE (June 5, 2025)

Daylen Jackson of Ennis has been named to the Honors List for the 2025 spring semester at Graceland University.

Gerald Monroe of Glenn Heights has been named to the President’s List for the 2025 spring semester at Graceland University.

The following students were named to Midwestern State University’s Provost’s Honor Roll for the spring 2025 semester: Dekailyn Givens of Glenn Heights; Audrey Garcia, McKinley Miller and Kodi Nolen of Midlothian; Hank Germany of Red Oak.

Rabina Sunuwar of Midlothian was named to the spring 2025 Dean’s Honor Roll at Midwestern State University.

Tanner Sorenson was named to the spring 2025 President’s Honor Roll at Midwestern State University.

Patricia Morgan of Waxahachie was named to Samford University’s Dean’s List for the spring 2025 semester.

The following local students were named to the Dean’s List for the 2025 spring semester at Angelo State University: Kayla Martinez of Ennis; Kiara Bueno of Italy; Emilee Jones of Maypearl; Nathaniel Wright of Midlothian; Logan Yarbrough of Palmer; Andrew Reece of Red Oak; Rose Giambruno, Joel Hachat and Jacob Ramirez of Waxahachie.

Angelo State University 2025 spring local graduates included Kylee Fowler of Palmer, Andrew Reece and Kobe Singleton of Red Oak, and Emily Silvia of Waxahachie.

Mya Williams of Waxahachie was named to the spring 2025 Dean’s List at Georgia State University.

The following local students received degrees during the 2025 spring semester at Sam Houston State University: Gabriel Aburto, Lorenzo Duron, Briana Troy and Katie Watson from Ennis; Alison Wilkins, Jayde Williams and Stephanie Wilson of Midlothian; Grace Cottrell and Robert Crawford of Red Oak; Amber Miller and Genesis Pace of Waxahachie.
