RT&E Rural Water Underground Utilites was contracted to install a new eight-inch water line for the City of Ferris.
Robert Loller, owner, and Michael Koller are shown preparing the connection to the 7th and Church Street water storage tank.
The completion of the 15-mile line from Rockett Water is expected to be completed within the next few week.
