Red Oak gets Homecoming win over Richland, 58-40

RED OAK – The Red Oak Hawks, fresh off a road win at Mansfield Legacy, celebrated their delayed 2020 Homecoming on Friday, Oct. 30 with a 58-40 win over the Richland Royals. Red Oak rolled through the first half using both the run and passing game.

WAXAHACHIE – Running back Kevin Young Jr.’s 61-yard touchdown run led Cedar Hill (4-0,2-0 11-6A). Waxahachie struck first on a 13-play opening drive culminating in a 30-yard field goal by Clyde Melick. The teams exchanged punts, then Young gave Cedar Hill a 7-3 lead on his touchdown run.
