MIDLOTHIAN – Dayshun Reese-Williams had 171 yards rushing and two touchdowns to lead Cedar Hill over Midlothian 40-7 at Midlothian ISD Stadium.Reese-Williams scored on a 48-yard run to put Cedar Hill (1-0) on the scoreboard. Tamarion Crochett had 143 yards passing and two touchdowns.

The Red Oak Hawks historic 2023 season and playoff run came to an end at Choctaw Stadium on Friday, Nov. 25, when they fell to the defending 5A Division I State Champions Aledo Bearcats, 59-35 in the Regional Playoff round.
Brayden Robinson (2) had multiple catches in the game, but this one – leaping high into the air for the catch, avoiding the hit and tackle, then racing down the sideline for a touchdown – was spectacular.
