DEMOCRATS AND REPUBLICANS: Did you know, just the facts?

The real threat to our democracy lies in misinformation

This week I am going to play a little game of “Did you know,” because I am guessing you don’t since mainstream media isn’t allowed to impart information that is not part of the narrative.

Let me start by saying we should also remember who owns all the major networks, newspapers, banks, Reuters, Walmart, Amazon, Starbucks, McDonalds, Facebook, Google, Microsoft, etc.

And by “own” I mean top shareholders just in case you don’t understand.

Let’s start with Fox News,  because of the top eight shareholders we find The Vanguard Group, SSgA Funds Management (State Street Corporation) and not only BlackRock Fund Advisors but additional shares are owned by BlackRock Advisors LLC.

You might have heard the Tucker Carlson was let go from Fox News over the last few days. There was a lawsuit between Fox News and Dominion Voting Systems regarding his election fraud reporting, and wasn’t there recently a senator I believe who told Fox News Carlson should not be allowed to report on the Jan. 6 footage only released to him.

Oh, and by the way, Dominion Voting Systems who sued Fox News is owned by State Street Capital, who is owned by The Vanguard Group. And the largest shareholder of Vanguard is BlackRock Fund Advisors. Now look again and see who owns (as in top shareholders) Fox News.

One person wrote BlackRock owns 59 million shares of Dominion and 45.7 million shares of Fox News. So basically, BlackRock sued itself and fired Carlson in the lawsuit.

What about CNN? Well, of the top five shareholders there you have The Vanguard Group, BlackRock Fund Advisors and SSgA Funds Management.

NBC Universal is owned by Comcast who is majority owned by The Vanguard Group. Just as an aside, Comcast is owned by 83.80% institutional shareholders, 1.02% Comcast insiders, and 15.19% retail investors. Vanguard Group Inc is the largest individual Comcast shareholder, owning 402.18M shares representing 9.54% of the company.

Vanguard Group Inc’s Comcast shares are currently valued at $15.27 billion.

I then wondered who the top shareholders for NBC and ABC are, and found ABC merged with Capital Cities Communications in 1985, which was then bought by The Walt Disney Company in 1996.

NBC and Vivendi Universal’s film and television subsidiary Vivendi Universal Entertainment (owner of Universal Pictures) merged in 2004 to form NBCUniversal, which was then bought by Comcast in 2011.

And Disney is owned by many shareholders, but according to CNN Business News, the Vanguard Group, Inc. is the largest shareholder of Walt Disney Co.

As I always say, do your research, it can become a game to find something that BlackRock, Vanguard and SSgA do not own.

SO THERE’S THAT!

Here is one for you if you sit in the “pro” Ukraine caring camp.

Did you care about the civil war in Guatemala killing 100,000 people? The Iran/Iraq war that killed one million people? Or what about the Congo civil war killing 5.5 million people?

And then there were the drug wars in Mexico that have killed 375,000 people?

Did you even know about these wars – oh yea – mainstream media probably didn’t report it.

So why do you know about Ukraine? Because that is the mainstream media narrative.

WHY IS THAT I WONDER?

Why does the media want Americans to know about this war since less people have died there than any of the conflicts mentioned above.

This war is even less brutal by brutality standards, and we have no geopolitical interest in Ukraine.

Who owns the most farmland in the United States? That would be Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos (the Executive Chairman of Amazon).

Oh, and by the way the top shareholders of Amazon are Blackrock, Vanguard and SSgA, because I knew you might want to know.

Liberty Media Chairman John Malone owns 2.2 million acres and who are the top shareholders of Liberty Media, well, in the top 10  would include my favorites BlackRock, Vanguard and SSgA.

And the top shareholder of Liberty Media is Berkshire Hathaway Inc., and DRUM ROLL, that company’s top three shareholders are BlackRock, Vanguard and SSgA.

And, to get back to Liberty Media, they are big proponents of ESG (that means Environmental, Social and Governance) basically the framework for an organization’s business practices and performance on various sustainability and ethical issues.

And that, another DRUM ROLL, is where the World Economic Forum and my buddy Klaus Schwab comes into the picture.

It does not take a rocket scientist to put this together.

Remember Hillandale Farms that lost 100,000 hens in a fire back in January.

Well, guess what, that CEO who was hired back in August of last year came from TreeHouse Foods. And guess who the TreeHouse Foods top shareholders are?

Yep, BlackRock, Vanguard and SSgA. When does it not become a coincidence anymore?

Before Carlson was let go, he mentioned something that has been bandied around the last few weeks about Biden introducing a “rule” that states if you have a FICO score of 620, you get 1.75% discount on your mortgage fees and if you have a 740 score you must pay 1% more.

Rules take effect on May 1 of this year. So basically, for a home at around $400,000 you will pay around $14,000 more on your own over 30 years.

I looked this up and found an article at USA Today: www.usatoday.com/story/money/personalfinance/2023/04/23/mortgage-fee-str....

It stated, “Starting May 1, upfront fees for loans backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will be adjusted because of changes in the Loan Level Price Adjustments, the fees vary from borrower to borrower based on their credit scores, down payments, types of home, and more.  The changes relate to credit scores and down payment sizes.

“In some cases, people with higher credit scores may end up paying more while those with lower credit scores will pay less.”

DO YOUR RESEARCH

And finally, here is some news you can use for your health.

Did you know that food in the US has been banned for years in the rest of the world because these foods include certain dyes, pesticides, preservatives, and flavorants?

Here is a list of the top 10 foods – eat at your own risk; Twinkies, Mountain Dew, Fruit Loops, Coffeemate Creamer, Stovetop Dressing, Skittles Candy, Wheat Thin Crackers, Gatorade, Pop Tarts, and Ritz Crackers.

And while everyone was worried about Trump in court, Biden signed his first veto according to https://apnews.com/article/joe-biden-veto-esg-labor-congress-woke-5971f2... attempting to kill a Republican-authored measure banning the government, “from considering environmental impacts or potential lawsuits when making investment decisions for people’s retirement plans.”

Is there any way to veto the entire political puppet show in this country OUT and somehow get to the bottom of what is really going on?

Well, that would probably mean the mainstream media narrative needs to do away with agendas and just get back to telling the truth – and that goes for both sides of the aisle.
