RED OAK – Police said the arrest of Jeremy Harris is a major break in a number of violent crimes that police were investigating involving a black Chevy Tahoe with black rims.
Harris, 31 from Red Oak, was arrested Thursday night in connection to a murder of a 60-year-old Celina man.
