MAYPEARL – A tattoo shop called Inky Blinders is moving to Maypearl.At the city’s last city council meeting in March, a public hearing was held to approve a specific use permit for Inky Blinders Tattoo to be located at 218 North Main Street.

WAXAHACHIE – Richard Lynn Phillips Jr., 66, of Red Oak, was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for Continuous Sexual Abuse of Young Children, a first-degree felony with a punishment range of 25-99 years, or life, in prison.
