NOTICE OF CONSTABLE’S SALE (REAL ESTATE)
BY VIRTUE OF A WRIT OF EXECUTION issued out of the Justice of the Peace 1-2 of Dallas County, Texas, in a certain cause numbered JS1500066K. On the 09th day of December A.D. 2019, styled: Patrick O’Connor and Associates vs. John A, and Lisa Millson, to me, as Constable directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 31st day of December A.D. 2019 and will between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., at 10:00 A.M., on the first Tuesday in March 2020, it being the 3rd day of said month, at 101 W. Main St., Waxahachie, Texas of said Ellis County, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all right, title and interest, if any, which the defendant had on the 9th day of December A.D. 2019, or at any time thereafter, of in and to the following described property:

Situated in Skyline Acres Addition, an addition in Ellis County, Texas as recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 308, Plat Records, Ellis County, Texas and being part of a 65.0 foot strip of land designated as being reserved for business lots and part of an 85.0 foot strip of land being designated as highway purposes, both strips of land being located in Block 12, of said addition and being more particularly described as follows; Beginning at a 3/8 inch of iron rod set for corner in the East line of 25.0 foot alley in Block 12, said iron rod north a distance of 176.76 feet roman intersection of East line of said alley with the Northwest line of the old State Highway 67; Thence continuing North along the East line of said alley a distance of 145.0 feet to an “X” set for corner in concrete. Thence East and crossing said 65.0 foot strip and said 85.0 foot strip a distance of 150.0 feet to a 3/8 inch iron rod found for corner in the west line of US HIGHWAY 67; Thence South along the West line of US HIGHWAY 67 a distance of 112.25 feet to a rail road spike set for corner at n intersection of the West line of US HIGHWAY No. 67 with the Northwest line of Old State Highway No 67; Thence Southwesterly along the curing Northwest line of Old State Highway No. 67, said curve being to the right and having a radius of 452.25 feet, a chord bearing of South 14 degrees 37 minutes 47 seconds West, an arc length of 35.16 feet to a 3/8 inch iron rod set; Thence West a distance of 137.27 feet to the place of Beginning and containing 0.4947 acre of land.

Said property is levied on as the property of John A. and Lisa Millson of 1136 Wishing Well Court, Cedar Hill Texas 76065 and will be sold to satisfy the judgment for $879.30 Dollars plus $206.92 interest, plus all costs of the suit.
