NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON  PROPOSED VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF RED OAK, TEXAS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:

The City of Red Oak, Texas proposes to institute voluntary annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to wit: 

Property Description: 210.29 acres, more or less, out of the A. Frederick Survey, Abstract 375, J. Chapman Survey, Abstract No. 214, J.S. Davis Survey, Abstract No. 923, J. S. Patton Survey, Abstract No. 842, and the James Patton Survey, Abstract No. 839, in the City of Red Oak, Ellis County, Texas, Parcel No. 183553.

Two public hearings will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Red Oak, Texas, on Monday the 13th of August, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday the 14th of August, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Red Oak Municipal Center, located at 200 Lakeview Parkway, Red Oak, Texas, for all persons interested in the above proposed voluntary annexation.  At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard.  Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned will take notice.
