Hawks baseball in battle for 2nd

The Hawks varsity baseball team hosted district leading Mesquite Poteet Friday, April 23.
Hoping for the upset, the Hawks were not able to get past Poteet and lost 10-2. The Hawks only gave up six hits, but the six errors didn’t help.
The Hawks are not done though.
They travel to Forney on Friday, April 30 for the last regular season district game and the winner will have sole procession as runner up in District 15-4A.
These two teams always play an exciting game.
