ROJH Lady Hawks crush Terrell

RED OAK - On Jan. 5, the ROJH eighth grade Lady Hawks were back home and hosting Terrell.

The B team had the early game and would end up holding Terrell to no points. That’s right, they allowed zero baskets.

The B team went on to win 45-0. The A team looked as if they would not allow a point either, but with 10 seconds left in the first, Terrell knocked down a free throw to get on the board with one.

The A team really put on a basketball clinic and after halftime, coach Nichole Williams pulled the reins back and the Lady Hawks played half court defense the rest of the game with all the Lady Hawks getting valuable playing time.

They went on to win 58-13.
