RED OAK - The Lady Hawks played three rare Saturday evening games hosting the Fort Worth Paschal Panthers.

Like the boys games on Friday night, the freshman and JV Lady Hawks defense just smothered the Panthers offense.

During the freshman game it looked as if the Panthers wouldn’t even score, but they finally did get four points on the board by halftime. The freshman girls would go on to win 33-8.

The JV girls had the same results in their game and just out hustled and out shot the opponent in every aspect of the game and with 40 seconds left before halftime had a 44-7 lead over the Panthers. The JV girls went on to crush their opponent 83-12 (that’s not a typo).

The varsity squad didn’t have it quite so easy. It took them about four minutes into the first period to start clicking. With a very aggressive defense, quick steals, and fast break points, the Lady Hawks took the lead and never looked back.

Although the game remained close until early in the fourth period, the Lady Hawks really poured it on in the fourth period.

The Lady Hawks and tired their opponent through three periods of aggressive play and were getting easy steals and just as easy fast break points.

The varsity Lady Hawks went on to win 58-23.
