Lady Hawks beat Ennis in bi-district playoff match

The Lady Hawks defeated Ennis 25-11, 25-18 and 25-9 Monday night in Ennis in the first round of the playoffs.

The Lady Hawks started strong and never looked back.

Andrea McQuaid had 16 kills, three aces, one block and four assists; Jenny Lawson had 10 kills and two blocks; Kaycie Bird had five aces and 26 assists; Hunter Porter had five kills; Kelsey Dahl had three kills and one block and Dana Hilzendager added one kill, one ace, one block and one assist.

The Lady Hawks next game will be against the winner of the Longview/Lindale match up.
