The Ellis County Press
RED OAK
- In a rare Wednesday night soccer match, the Terrell Tigers were in Red Oak to take on the JV Lady Hawks and JV Hawks.

The girls had the early game.

What started out as a pretty tight game soon ended with the Lady Hawks scoring, taking a 1-0 lead.

Libby Prince added another goal late in the game taking a 2-0 lead.

For the most part, the rest of the girls’ game was played in Terrell’s side of the field as the Lady Hawks ran out the clock.

The boys wasted no time in scoring and scoring often in their game.

At the beginning of the second half the boys had a 4-0 lead and would go on to score twice more beating the Tigers 6-0.
