WHS student named to All State Academic Team

WAXAHACHIE - Waxahachie High School senior and football player, Justin Fox, was recently named to the Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) All-State Academic Football Team. In order to be considered for this honor, students must have maintained an overall grade point average of 92 or above throughout their high school career, freshman through senior year. Furthermore, students must have been a member of the team in good standing at the time of nomination and must be of good moral character. 

For the past two years, Justin has served as the Honorary Student Co-Chair of Operation First Day of School, a program designed to enable Waxahachie Independent School District students to start school with school supplies, clothing, immunizations and haircuts. 

Justin will graduate in May from Waxahachie High School.
