Hawks edge Terrell 28-21

RED OAK - Austin VanHove (#10) ran for two touchdowns and threw for another as Red Oak handed Terrell its third straight loss. 

Red Oak (3-3, 2-2) took advantage of five Terrell turnovers, including two third-quarter fumbles that turned into 16 Red Oak points. 

Red Oak took the lead for the first time on its first possession of the third quarter on a 42-yard touchdown reception by Jeremiah Gaines.

Terrell squandered two scoring chances inside the Red Oak 15-yard line in the second half, with one drive ending on a lost fumble at the five-yard line and another on a sack. 

The Hawks have their bye-week on 10-7-11.
