WAXAHACHIE - Waxahachie Independent School District is searching for those Varsity Indian football alumni, trainers and managers who played in Stuart B. Lumpkins stadium (1972–Present) to come back and be a part of Indian football history.

On Friday, Sept. 9, Waxahachie ISD will host a one of a kind spectacular dedication ceremony for the newly renovated Stuart B. Lumpkins stadium.

The district would like to extend an invitation to those Varsity football alumni who played in the stadium (1972-Present) to return and participate in the dedication ceremony.

Indian Varsity football alumni, trainers & managers will be seated on the track and will take part in the ceremony itself in the “finale’.”

To participate in the ceremony reservations are required.

To reserve your seat, reservation forms must be received no later than Friday, Aug. 19.

Those who do not fill out a reservation form will not able to gain access to the field and participate.

The goal is to get as many football alumni back into Stuart B. Lumpkins Stadium as possible.
