CEDAR HILL - Northwood University recently expanded its Athletic Hall of Fame to include the university’s first individual national champion and a well-known restaurateur who played five years for the Chicago Cubs organization.
This year’s inductees are Natneal Amare, Northwood Texas’ only national champion, and Joey Terilli, who played five years within the Chicago Cubs organization.
Former student athletes, coaches, athletic administrators and longtime supporters of Northwood athletics will be eligible for induction into the Athletic Hall of Fame.
In addition to athletic ability and success, positive representation of Northwood and integrity will be criteria for consideration.
