RED OAK - On Wednesday, Oct. 13 Brookshire’s and the ROISD partnered up for the annual community pep rally held in the Brookshire’s parking lot.

The pep rally recognized the ROHS fall sports programs and the Mighty Hawk Band.

After the singing of the National Anthem, ROISD Athletic Director Mike Burns got things started.

The ROHS Cheerleaders performed cheers and stunts and the Hawkettes Drill Team performed a dance routine and of course the Mighty Hawk Band was there.

Football Head Coach Mike Shields and Volleyball Head Coach Hope Porter also addressed the crowd.

Captains from both football and volleyball also had a few comments before the pep rally ended with the playing of the school song to the large crowd on hand.
