Survivors needed for ‘Pink Out’ game

WAXAHACHIE - If you or someone you know is a breast cancer survivor and would like to be honored during pre-game festivities during "Pink Out 2010," please e-mail nmansell@ wisd.org, fill out the form and send it to Waxahachie ISD, 412 N. Gibson St., Waxahachie, TX 75165 by Thursday, Sept. 23.

"Pink Out 2010" Indians Care Enough to Wear Pink is designed to promote breast cancer awareness and bring to light this ever prevalent issue.

Additionally, it serves as a celebration for survivors!

On Friday, Oct 1, Lumpkins Stadium will be "Pinked Out!"

The pre-game festivities will begin at 7:15 p.m with kick-off at 7:30 p.m.

Make sure to also get your pink t-shirt from the Waxa-hachie Fire Department to wear to the game on Oct. 1 and all throughout the month of October!
