Assault by contact,200 block Burl Moore, listed subject made unwanted contact with the complainant, the complainant was offended by contact.

Unauthorized use of motor vehicle,1300 block Orchard Lane, suspect intentionally operated the complainant’s vehicle without the consent of the owner. 1978 GMC Brown Pickup truck, $1,000.
Illegal dumping greater than five pounds less than 500 pounds, 1100 block FM 1182, suspect did knowingly but not maliciously dump sewer waste into his and his neighbors yard.

Burglary of a vehicle, 500 block Cooke Road, unknown actor entered complainant’s vehicle by force and removed property without the owner’s consent. One digital camera with case, Garmin GPS unit, 1 phone charger, company ID Cards, 1 atm key, pair of gloves, tape measure, set of keys to shop and house, briefcase, compact discs, $699.
Duty on striking fixture/highway landscape greater than $200, 2100 Telico Road, suspect struck and damaged the complainant’s fence. Ten feet of fence, $500.
FERRIS Aug. 1
Illegal dumping greater than five pounds less than 500 pounds, 900 block Wickliffee Road, unknown suspect(s) dumped several bags of trash on the complainant’s property without the complainant’s consent.
Aug. 2
Criminal Mischief, 100 block Magellan Circle, unknown suspect caused damage to victims back door causing monetary damage and a substantial inconvenience to fix. Back door locking mechanism missing.
MIDLOTHIAN Aug. 2
Fraud use possession of identifying info,2000 block Twin Oaks, an unknown suspect used the complainant’s debit card number without permission.
Theft of property greater than $1,500 less than $20K, 2000 block Miller Road, an unknown suspect took the complainant’s trailer without permission. Black 16 ft utility trailer with 4 ft side walls and rear loading ramp,$2,200.

Driving while intoxicated, Tater Brown @ Oak Dell Lane
Theft greater than $1,500 less than $20K ( motor vehicle), 100 block Lassetter, ex-husband possibly stole complainant’s vehicle during the night. 2000 Green Dodge Caravan, $5,500.
Theft over $50 under $500, 1000 block Pratt Road, suspect(s) intentionally or knowingly took property from the victim without effective consent of the owner. The property totaled $230, making it a class B misdemeanor. Pink and white mongoose bicycle and boys green mongoose bike, $230.
WAXAHACHIE July 31
Theft of property greater than $1,500 less than $20K, 100 block Barbara Way, listed suspect stole the complainant’s vehicle without permission. Gray 2005 Chyrsler Sebring, $6,000.
Driving while under the influence- Minor, Victorian Drive @ 1890 Crossing, subject is a minor and was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.
Public Intoxication-minor, 1800 block Christian Road, a neighbor called 911 advising that she could hear fighting from a nearby house. Suspect admitted to swinging a family member. Suspect was very intoxicated.
Aug. 1
Assault causes bodily injury family violence, 500 block Bigham Road, suspect intentionally hit complainant (sister) causing her pain.
Aug. 2
Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon,1000 block Woodridge ,listed suspect threatened complainant with a knife then threw it at her striking the car she was standing beside. Suspect then picked up hammer and came towards the complainant making more threats that he could hit her with the hammer.
Fraud use of possession of identifying info, unknown suspect is using complainant’s social security number.
Assault threaten bodily injury, 1000 block Woodridge Road, listed suspect made threats that he would kick her (his mother’s) ass and burn the house down with her in it.
Aug. 4
Criminal Mischief greater than $50 less than $500, 200 block Cimarron Meadows, unknown suspect(s) tossed a brick through the complainants front dining room window. One single pane glass window, $300.
