WAXAHACHIE - Albert L. Heine, 66, of Fort Collins, died March 3, 2010 at Poudre Valley Hospital.

Heine was born April 15, 1943 in Waxahachie, Texas to Albert Lee Heine and Martha Virginia Carter Heine.

He married Billie Jo Jenkins on March 16, 1989 in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Heine was a salesman at Mountain Mist Spas for 20 years. He was also a car salesman at Spradley-Barr and owned a microfilm company in Texas for five years and also a grocery store. Albert enjoyed ducks, fishing, boating, camping, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Billie Jo Heine of Fort Collins; two sons, Bryan Heine of Las Vegas, Nev. and Keith Heine of Phoenix, Ariz.; three stepdaughters, Tina Wilson, Sandy Smith and Dawn Forbes all of Fort Collins; his mother, Martha Hannah and stepfather, Chuck Hannah of Waxahachie; one brother, Don Heine of Ennis; a sister, Vickie Weaver of Rockwall; eight grandchildren, Amanda Flores, Will Flores of the 82nd Airborne, Cody and Christopher Taulman, Cheynne Forbes, Eva Brothey, Matthew and Nathaniel Madison and eight great-grandchildren.

Preceding him in death is his father, Albert, and sister, Virginia Chafin.

A Memorial Service will be held at Bohlender Funeral Chapel, on March 8, 2010 at 3 p.m.
