WAXAHACHIE – Funeral services for Geneva Luna Rodriguez, 85, were held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 16, 2009 at Waxahachie Funeral Home.

Born Jan. 3, 1924 in Dallas, the daughter of Lucio and Andrea Luna, she passed away Friday, March 13, 2009 at home surrounded by family.

Preceded in death by her husband David G. Rodriguez; she is survived by her daughters Alice Torres, Linda Schilling, Mary Martinez, Dolores Puebla and Tammy Puebla; son Hector Rodriguez; sisters Eugenia Rodriguez and Mary Moreno; 23 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Interment followed in the Lakeview Cemetery under the direction of Waxahachie Funeral Home.
