Velma Mae Page Arnold

ENNIS - Velma Mae Page Arnold, age 88, passed away Wednesday, May 8, 2013 in Ennis.
She was born in Combine, Texas on Jan. 29, 1925 to Robert L. Page, Jr. and Susie Mae Williamson Page.
On Dec. 12, 1951 she married Willie (Bill) Arnold, and they made their home in Dallas.
In 1960 they moved to Ennis.
She was a member of Odd Fellows and Rebekahs in Ennis, and worked in the school lunchroom at Travis and Houston Elementary Schools.
Survivors include her sons, David Arnold and Mark Arnold and wife Karen; daughter, Linda Sherman and husband Bobby, all of Ennis; five grandchildren Bob, Niki, Jeff, Will and Anna; eight great-grandchildren; one sister Geraldine Frankel of Houston; and brothers Bryant Page and wife Betty of Diboll and Robert L. Page III and wife LouAnn of Euless.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bill and grandson, Chris Arnold.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 10, 2013 at Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home in Ennis.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2013, at Bose-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home Chapel in Ennis. Interment will follow at Myrtle Cemetery.
