FERRIS - Clarence H. “Bob” Moffitt, 98, passed away in Redding, California March 17, 2011.

He was born in Ferris on Nov. 12, 1912 to Henry and Ina Rodgers Moffitt.

He was married to Cubye Stilwell for 74 years and she preceded him in death last year.  

He is survived by three children Don Moffitt Kaufman, Lana Moffitt Sacramento, Calif. and Joe Moffitt Janesville, Calif.; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. 

He was a veteran of WWII and was buried at the Northern California Veteran’s Cemetery at Igo, Calif.
