Midlothian – Saturday, April 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon, Midlo-thian volunteers are doing their part in keeping Texas beautiful with the 2010 Spring Clean Up event.
The signing in will take place until 9 a.m. at the Kimmel Park Gazebo, followed by free hot dogs provided after clean up.
This being the largest one day clean up event in the state, collected more than 25,000 bags of trash in 2009, totaling 158 tons of waste.
The deadline for pre-registration is Tuesday, April 6. In order to register contact the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce at 972-723-8600.
