NOTICE TO ALL AREA RESIDENTS REGARDING THE LOOP 9 TOLLROAD

The Loop 9 Tollroad will facilitate east-west movement for southern Dallas County as well as enhance sustainable economic growth in our area.

The proposed timeframe in 2012 to 2015. TxDot will NOT "buy out" existing or future homeowners in the Harmony Community located in Red Oak as previously reported.

To clarify, Loop 9 will be located north and adjacent to the existing Harmony properties.

Harmony will continue to be home to many Red Oak families now and in the future and homeowners look forward to the easy access of transportation to surrounding areas of Dallas and Fort Worth.
