PALMER - Army Pvt. Joshua K. Conger has graduated from the Field Artillery Firefinder Radar Operator Advanced Individual Training (AIT) course at Fort Sill in Lawton, Okla.
Conger is the son of Gene Conger of Palmer.
He is a 2009 graduate of Palmer High School.
