Bristol Volunteer Fire Department is the proud recipient of a $10,000 grant from the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company recently. The grant was used to obtain a new Bullard Thermal Imaging camera to help locate fires inside of walls and missing people. “Without grants like this, the fire department wouldn’t be able to have the much needed equipment like the camera,” stated Fire Chief Eddie Miner. “The Bristol Volunteer Fire Department would like to thank the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company for the dedication and effort to help improve fire service through grants.”
