RED OAK - Bruce A. Cirilo has been promoted to the rank of private two in the U.S. Army.
Cirilo is assigned to the 1st Battalion, 19th Field Artillery Company, Fort Sill in Lawton, Okla. He has served in the military for less than one year.
He is the son of Domingo A. Cirilo and brother of Katie E. Harder both of Waxahachie.
The private is a 2007 graduate of Red Oak High School.
