MAAG enjoy a short trip and lunch

The Methodist Active Adult Group, better known as MAAG, made their first trip of this MAAG year on Wednesday, Oct. 13.

They met on the church parking and with Becky Wilbanks as chauffeur they boarded the church van for a short drive to the senior citizens center in Waxahachie. The lunch for the day was a covered dish and there were many exciting dishes to taste.

This was a wonderful lunch and a great time of fellowship with old friends and new.

This special visitation was followed by a brief business meeting that included plans for the November meeting.

On Wednesday, Nov. 10, the MAAG will gather at 10 a.m. in Memorial Hall of First United Methodist Church in Ennis with a special friend and a favorite salad.

The coffee will be ready and waiting for the excitement that goes with MAAG Game Day.

The salads will be enjoyed at 11:30 a.m. when the MAAG take a game day lunch break. Mark your calendar, invite a favorite friend and come on down for an exciting MAAG Game Day.
