Ellis County Clean-Up Day

ELLIS COUNTY - According to the Ellis County Fire Marshal, they are down to the wire for distributing vouchers for the Saturday, Sept. 18 Clean-Up Event.

Because of having so few vouchers left, they are now distributing from Waxahachie only.

If you plan to participate, you will need to pick up a voucher in advance.

The event will run simultaneously at two landfill sites: EDC Landfill on I-45 between Palmer and Ennis and CSC Landfill on Republic Way in Avalon. Hours will be: 7:30 - 11:30 a.m.
