Burn ban ordered

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, per order of the Ellis County Commissioners Court meeting of August 9, 2010, it is ordered that a Burn Ban is instituted and in effect for Ellis County, Texas, relative to all outdoor burning.  This order shall remain in effect for 90 days from the effective date of this order unless sooner expired by determination of the Texas Forest Service or the Ellis County Commissioners Court.
