She was implicated by association with her husband, who maintained an elaborate and long running deception. The DA was convinced that she was misled and her charges were all dropped and the case against her dismissed in Jan 2012.

So what you are telling me is that she knowingly downloaded the images and admitted to doing so but she was mislead? Is she a retard? Stupid? Learning disabilities? Cause no one with an ounce of common sense will download child porn. Furthermore, when you have a person who deals with children as their profession, one would question the logistics on how these photos were gained. Ex. You have a nanny who supervises underage children and then said person is accused of child pornography. Is this is a coincidence, perhaps, but the timing and profession of this all is extremely questionable. Now if you suspected a spouse of being involved with child porn, how long would any of you out there let that go on without involving the authorities? Timeline as indicated by this article..."12 images of child pornography on Thursday, Feb.25 linked to a Waxahachie address"..."On Monday, May 3, 40th District Court Judge Gene Knize signed a search warrant to be executed on the 1200 block of Gibson Road"..."Friday, July 23 on child pornography charges." So basically you are telling me that you would wait 5 months and then let the law bust both of you? In what fricken world does that make sense if one person is innocent. You are a dolt if you think anyone buys your lame excuse of a story "friend".
