WAXAHACHIE - Around 4:30 p.m. Friday, June 18, Waxahachie Police and Fire Departments reported to an oil spill starting from the new senior center all the way down to the 600 block of Ferris Ave.

According to the battalion chief  working the incident, there were holes in the fuel truck pipes causing hydraulic fuel oil to leak.

At this time there isn't an estimate of how many gallons were spilled and the truck and driver haven't been caught.

Streets in the downtown area will be blocked off while cleanup is underway until further notice.
