25 firefighters respond to Red Oak blaze on Rocky Ridge Dr.

Red Oak Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire on the 100 block of Rocky Ridge Drive at 12:45 a.m. Saturday, March 20. Red Oak firefighters received aid from Waxahachie, Lancaster and Ovilla with Glenn Heights providing fill-in coverage while crews were working the scene. Red Oak Fire Marshal conducted the initial investigation and while the exact cause is still under investigation, the residence reported having electrical trouble with a light in their home prior to making the report of the fire. There were no reported injuries.
