Why I am seeking the position of Justice of the Peace Pct 4:

I am running for Justice of the Peace Pct 4 because I am a committed public servant.  I have served the citizens of Midlothian for 29+ years in the police department.  I served a number of years as a volunteer firefighter.  I want to continue serving the citizens of Ellis County and feel that I can do that best by serving as Justice of the Peace.

My goals for the first three months in office.

To learn the duties of the office, learn the inner workings of the office and be the judge that the people elected me to be.

A little about myself:

I am 51 years old, my wife is Judy we have been married 28 years.  We have raised  two children.Our son Scott, 27, is a sergeant in the army and our daughter Kelly, 22, is a police dispatcher. I have 29+ years serving in the Midlothian Police Department.  I have been a dispatcher, patrolman, D.A.R.E. officer and currently serve as a motorcycle officer.  I enjoy fishing, hunting, camping and motorcycle riding.
