HUTCHINS - The Bank of America on Interstate Highway 45 was robbed on Tuesday, Oct. 20, according to police, and authorities are asking the public to assist in locating the suspect.

Security photos from a bank camera caught an unknown black male approach a teller inside the bank at approximately 10:45 a.m., Hutchins Police Department officers said.

Police said they believe the suspect, who was wearing a multi-colored coat and a fedora hat, acted alone.

HPD authorities said the suspect left in an older model blue Ford Crown Victoria. Police ask that anyone with information about the robbery contact them at 972-225-2225.
